Transforming the role of the HR Function can not be effectively achieved with the traditional HR Core Competencies. This sub theme focuses on the new competencies that HR professionals need to be equipped with.

5. Measuring the Effectiveness of HR
This sub theme covers the tools and methodologies that the HR Function can use to measure its effectiveness and contributions to the business; and highlights examples of the evolving HR performance indicators.

6. Building a Future Generation of Leaders
To sustain their effectiveness and growth, organizations need to institute the proper methodologies and programs to ensure the continuous availability of the right leaders to move the organization forwards. This sub theme explores the emerging methodologies for identifying and developing future leaders.
